Access to and use of the api333 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:
api333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours of the request being made — may result in temporary suspension of Wallet access until the matter is resolved.
To access any real-money feature of the api333 Platform, you must create an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (in Indonesia), and a valid contact email address and phone number.
One Account Per Individual. Each individual person may hold a maximum of one api333 Account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. api333 will merge or permanently close duplicate Accounts and reserves the right to void any bets placed and forfeit any balances associated with duplicate registrations.
You agree to keep your registration information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change in name, residential address, email address, or bank account details must be reported to api333 Support within 14 days of the change occurring. api333 will not be liable for any loss resulting from outdated account information that you have failed to update.
Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify api333 Support immediately at [email protected].
api333 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. api333 may also request KYC documentation at any other time — for example, when unusual account activity is detected, or when a Member's cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds.

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. Blurred, cropped, or edited images will not be accepted. api333 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission does not meet verification standards.
KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of a complete document submission. During this review period, Wallet deposits remain accessible for wagering but withdrawal requests will be held pending verification. api333 will notify the Member by email once verification is complete or if further information is required.
Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation during the KYC process constitutes fraud. api333 will close the Account immediately, void all pending and settled bets, and forfeit the entire Wallet balance in such cases. api333 reserves the right to report fraudulent KYC submissions to the relevant authorities.
api333 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits made via any unsupported channel will not be credited and api333 cannot guarantee their return.
Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Current minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are published on the Deposit page within the Platform. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Members should check the current limits before initiating a transaction.
Processing Times. Most deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet within minutes of the payment being confirmed by the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. api333 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages, public holidays, or technical issues on the part of the payment provider.
Source of Funds. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (less any applicable bank fees) and the Account being reviewed for compliance.
api333 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside api333's control. Members are advised to check with their payment provider before initiating large deposits.
Members may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the additional requirements described in Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions).
KYC Requirement. A fully verified KYC profile is mandatory before any withdrawal will be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Members will be held until KYC verification is complete.
Withdrawal to Own Account Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the api333 Account. api333 will not transfer funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.
Processing Times. For verified Members, api333 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled system maintenance, or where additional verification checks are triggered. In all cases, api333 will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours.
Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Current minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published on the Withdrawal page within the Platform. These thresholds are subject to change. Members with unusually high withdrawal volumes may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks before funds are released.
Rollover Requirement. Where a Member has received a deposit bonus, a minimum rollover (wagering) of the deposited amount may apply before the Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant bonus terms at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Rules:

Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by api333. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are not guaranteed until the bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued to the Member.
Void Bets. api333 reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances:
Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager for enhanced odds. All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to return a payout; a single void selection will typically result in that leg being removed and the parlay recalculated at the remaining legs' combined odds, subject to the specific rules published for each market.
Maximum Payout. A maximum payout cap applies to all sportsbook bets. The current maximum single-bet and mix parlay payout limits are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. api333 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for specific Members or events at its discretion.
api333 does not accept bets from persons with prior knowledge of a fixed result or an outcome contrary to the competitive integrity of a sporting event. Any winnings derived from bets suspected to involve match-fixing will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction — defined as a technical error that produces an outcome inconsistent with the game's certified rules — api333 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the staked amount to the Member's Wallet. api333 will endeavour to resolve malfunction disputes within 5 business days of a complaint being raised through official Support channels.
Slot Tournaments. api333 periodically offers competitive slot tournament events with prize pools. Participation is subject to the specific tournament rules published at the time of each event, including entry fee requirements, eligible games, scoring methodology, and prize distribution terms.

All content on the api333 Platform — including but not limited to the api333 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, game graphics and audio, text, photographs, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of api333 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:
Any unauthorised use of api333's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. api333 will actively enforce its intellectual property rights.
api333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed to api333 (including forfeited bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable period, unless the closure was initiated due to fraud or a regulatory requirement that prevents the return of funds.
Member-Initiated Closure. Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting api333 Support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before the Account is closed.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction of api333's operating entity.
api333 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Members acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction of residence and agree that they access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility. api333 does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through api333 Support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by api333 at the time the dispute is referred. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, api333 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
